Meet Our President
Warren M. Krompf CCP, SPHR
Warren M. Krompf CCP, SPHR, is the President of The Krompf Group LLC, a Human Resources, Learning and Organizational Development Professional Services Organization based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Previously, Warren was the Chief Talent Officer for Make-A-Wish® America with responsibility for the Human Resources and Learning and Development functions. Make-A-Wish® America was voted to the 2012 list of “Best Non-Profits to Work For.” Prior to coming to the Foundation, Mr. Krompf served as the National Leader, Human Development & Human Resources at Golder Associates, an international ground engineering, earth and environmental services company with 7,000 employees and 166 offices worldwide where he was responsible for the strategic and tactical leadership of the company’s Human Development and Resources function, including talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, legal compliance and learning and organizational development. Warren has also served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Bryan Cave/Powell Goldstein, LLP a prominent law firm based in Atlanta, GA. During his tenure with Powell Goldstein LLP, the Firm had been voted one of the best top 20 Law Firms in the country to work for and received the A+ award as one of the best organizations in Atlanta in which to work.
Warren has published numerous articles and is a widely sought after international keynote speaker and executive coach renown for his lively, enthusiastic story telling and the ability to relate to employees at all levels of your organization on topics such as conflict resolution, difficult conversations, emotional intelligence, sensitivity in the workplace, leadership, team and organizational development.
Warren is a trained mediator by the Office of the Arizona Attorney General. He is a subject matter expert on six sigma in corporate and professional services organizations. He served as the team leader of a Corporate Problem Solving Team selected for two consecutive years to compete in the finals of the (ASQ) American Society for Quality “International Team Excellence Competition.” Warren is currently a member of the Chief Learning Officer Business Intelligence Board, has served as a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner, a Learning Elite Finalist Judge and has been the recipient of a lifetime achievement award from World at Work.
